Bookings:

• Nature Walk Outdoors reserves all rights of admission for tours (wildlife camp / Leisure Tour / any other program announced by Nature Walk Outdoors.)
• Booking for all tours will be done on first come first served basis.
• Bookings for tours are to be made at the office of Nature Walk Outdoors.
• Nature Walk Outdoors reserve all rights to change the venue / dates / schedule / cost or cancel the announced tours

Charges & Expenses:

• The participants shall, along with the booking form, pay prescribed booking / advance amounts.
• Balance payments (if any) shall be paid at least 20 days before the departure date. If the balance payment is not made within stipulated time, then the registration shall be deemed to be cancelled; and advance amount paid will be forefeited. Any incidental / additional expenses incurred during the camps / tours shall be borne by the participants.

 Insurance:

• Neither participants nor tours shall be insured by Nature Walk Outdoors, unless specifically mentioned for a particular trip / trek / camp / tour.
